INNOVATORS & ENTREPRENEURS
AS SEEN IN AUROVILLE
People with self initiated ideas, dreams and creations have only a small amount of self invested money to begin following their goal. An idealist or dreamer would not necessarily know on how to connect their idea with people, or how to form a business plan. They may have a brilliant solution but not the means of execution or even an idea on what channels need to be approached.
Lack of mentorship on communication in business language and setting economically viable targets.
How to network in the industry and reach out to the right people?
They have no form of advisory to guide them into understanding what kind of financial planning is required to make their dreams come alive.
Also from a legal standpoint, navigating the laws for employee safety, tax and licenses, and other regulations is difficult and time consuming for an early stage start-up.
To keep the idea, the cash flow up and running until it starts making revenue, money management is utmost important. A financial manager is needed to track and account where and how all the money goes.
Planning enough start-up and operating capital to keep the dream alive, & find investors and interested parties for an initiative, a networking platform was needed.
There were three very striking areas to solve. One was to provide mentors and advisory to entrepreneurs. Second was to create a collaborative workspace with shared facilities. And third was to find investors or funding to keep the startup running. We tackled these in a simple way.
